Day 18: 90 Days of Wisdom - Base Chakra Breathwork for Releasing Fear and Anxiety

Fear, anxiety and feelings of disconnection around stability are connected to the base chakra. This guided activation was originally channeled by Jennifer Starlight of the Invisible College - http://theinvisiblecollege.com.au. It helps to clear the energy of the base chakra and is followed by a single round of SOMA Breath to amplify the new energy. Note: some people have reported physical shifts (discomfort around the base chakra) after this activation that have lasted overnight as the body releases the trapped energy. ** Use at own risk ** The creator takes no responsibility for any side effects.
