About the event

The Breath That Remembers

A 90-minute breath journey through the compass of elemental awareness

Breathe into the space where memory lives—not in the mind, but in the body, in the breath, in the field of what you already are.

This immersive workshop is a return to the breath that remembers.

We’ll journey through the five sacred elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—each one a gateway to a deeper part of your inner world and your place in the collective. Guided by the Compass of Alignment, you’ll explore how these elemental forces shape your energy, your choices, and your capacity to hold space for transformation.

This is breath as remembrance.

Breath as ceremony.

Breath as the thread that weaves you back to the centre.

Through three rounds of rhythmic breathing, somatic presence practices, and guided visualisation, you’ll reconnect to your innate power—not as force, but as alignment. Together, we’ll breathe through the layers that separate us from stillness, from clarity, from collective coherence.

You are invited to become not just a breather, but a steward of the breath—an architect of change within and without.

This workshop welcomes all levels of experience. Session time will be announced in due course. If you're thinking of joining for one day, do let me know.
