What is a SOMA Breath Awakening Ceremony?

  • A powerful breathwork experience to unlock your potential 🔑, using advanced techniques to raise your vibrational energy and access deeper states of consciousness.   

  • Utilises rhythmic breathing, energy locks, and sound 🎶 to facilitate transformation.

  • May induce visions, inspiration, and emotional release.   

Contraindications:

  • Severe respiratory conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, organ failure, pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemakers, or irregular heartbeat (unless cleared by a doctor).   

  • Certain conditions (tinnitus, hernias) may require careful attention.
