We start where your system actually is.
Your breathing patterns right now. Your nervous system baseline. What happens when pressure hits.
We measure CO2 tolerance. We assess how your system responds to stress. We look at what's running the show.
(If you use a wearable that tracks HRV or stress metrics, we'll review that data. Wearables give you useful feedback. They don't teach your system how to regulate. We do both.

Week 2
Your system learns to settle on command.
Functional techniques that work in real time. In meetings. During presentations. At 3am when you can't sleep.
We train downregulation when you're too activated. Upregulation when you're checked out. Recovery protocols between intense periods.
These work because we're teaching your nervous system directly, and developing habits over time.​
Week 3
Calm on a meditation cushion doesn't matter if you lose it when stakes are high.
We practice resilience and nervous system regulation while your system is activated. Under simulated pressure. During conflict.
When things feel urgent. Your nervous system learns by doing.
This week is deliberate practice under conditions that matter.

Why I Built This

Twenty years in high-pressure corporate environments. Running on adrenaline and willpower.
On paper, I was performing. In my body, I was dysregulated.
Repeated episodes of hearing loss was how my nervous system forced me to pay attention.
I spent years exploring every modality I could find. What I learned: most approaches teach theory without practice, or practice without understanding mechanism.
This protocol is the foundations of what actually worked, bringing me into a deeper relationship with my body and the signals it was sending me.
Now I teach it to people who recognise themselves in that story.
