3.2 Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies vary by service type:

Coaching Programs (with scheduled sessions):

7-day refund policy from the program start date
After 7 days, no refunds will be issued
Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the program period (typically 3-6 months)

Subscription Services:

Cancellation allowed up to 48 hours before the next billing date
Access continues until the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period

Workshops and Group Programs:

Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus processing fees
Cancellation 7-14 days before: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before: No refund
No-shows: No refund

Retreats (multi-day programs):

Cancellation more than 60 days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
Cancellation 30-60 days before: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 30 days before: No refund
Travel insurance is strongly recommended

Digital Products and Recorded Content:

No refunds once access has been granted or content downloaded
Technical issues will be resolved or refunded on a case-by-case basis

Single Sessions (breathwork, coaching):

Cancellation more than 24 hours before: Full refund or reschedule
Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund
No-shows: No refund

3.4 Force Majeure

Tim Snell reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (illness, natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.). In such cases:

Full refund will be provided, OR
Services will be rescheduled at mutual convenience
