What is SOMA Breath?
SOMA Breath is a sequence of ancient pranayama breathwork techniques combined with euphoric brainwave music and guided inner sensing that awakens you to your full human potential. Arrive 5 minutes early for the online class.
Refrain from big meals 90 mins beforehand and no food 45 mins before a session as it can be uncomfortable to breath with a full stomach. Tea and water is ok.
Wear casual, comfortable clothes.
