1-1 COACHING

Sustained work on how you operate under pressure

Individual coaching built around your nervous system patterns, your decision-making, and the specific capacity you need to develop next.

THE WORK

Coaching that works at the level of your nervous system

This is ongoing, individualised work. It's for the person who has already done programs, courses, and self-directed learning — and recognises that what they need now is sustained, guided work on the patterns that run beneath conscious strategy.

We work with your actual operating conditions. The meetings that activate you. The decisions that stall. The recovery patterns that don't hold. We use HRV data, respiratory assessment, and real-time feedback to identify where your system is compensating and where capacity needs to develop. How HRV works as a feedback tool.

The coaching is grounded in nervous system regulation and respiratory physiology. It draws on ICF-credentialed coaching methodology. And it's informed by 15 years of lived experience with this work — my own regulation journey, 9 Caminos, and thousands of hours of practice.

WHAT DEVELOPS

What develops over months

Regulatory capacity under pressure. The ability to stay present and clear when stakes are high — in conversations, in decisions, in sustained complexity. Your system learns to mobilise without locking up and to recover without needing to collapse.

Reduced internal noise. When your baseline stabilises, the signal-to-noise ratio improves. You start trusting what you notice. Decisions become faster because the interference reduces.

Integration. Cognition, intuition, and action begin to align. You stop overriding your felt sense to perform certainty. You stop second-guessing decisions that were already clear. This is the capacity that changes trajectories.

STRUCTURE

Tailored to where you are. Structured enough to create change.

Session cadence. Typically fortnightly, 60 minutes. Some clients work weekly during intensive periods. We adjust based on what your system needs.

Between sessions. Practice assignments — breathing protocols, regulation exercises, journaling or reflection prompts. 15–20 minutes daily. This is where the learning consolidates.

Duration. Minimum 3-month engagement. Most clients work together for 6–12 months. The nervous system changes on its own timeline. We follow it. Many clients begin with Resilience Training and continue here. Others start directly.

Tools. HRV tracking (if you use a wearable), respiratory assessment, guided audio practices, and email support between sessions.

EXPLORE

The work starts with a conversation

No pitch. We talk about where your system is, what you're noticing, and whether this kind of sustained work makes sense for where you are.
