Workshops and programs for teams and organisations. Functional breathing, stress-recovery training, and sustainable performance — delivered in formats that fit a working schedule.

1-1 Coaching

Sustained individual work on regulation, decision-making, and integration. Structured around your patterns, informed by HRV data and real-time feedback. For the person ready to go deeper than a program.

Leadership Recalibration

7–10 days walking the Camino de Santiago. Structured coaching, daily regulation practices, and the kind of extended physical rhythm that surfaces what shorter interventions cannot reach.
